  • Star Frank is a company leader with practical business experience. He understands problems and knows how to solve them. His staff are experienced tradespeople (well, at least the people working on my job). I was pleased with their attention to detail and the genuine desire to do a good job. Their attitude is consistent with Frank's who was more interested in completing the job to my satisfaction than quibbling amount the small variations. That said, my attitude may have assisted because I never treated Frank or his staff as contractors. To me, they were all people with whom I was working cooperatively. It was a positive experience and I will happily go back to React Maintenance Group Pty Ltd for more work.
